| Nice name  for a mod group in the site. I think you should also consider contributions to the forums like rosters, sliders etc. (Which highly qualifies people like eathb)

| i think i can help people. but i ways of hacking your ps2 to use mods.(mod chip for $200-$300) like changing SEATTLE to OKC. at forums.nba-live.com there are some mods that i can use for ps2..but i need to reburn the whole game onto a dvd-r with the mods installed. and run. Well you need a $200-$300 chip set. just search ps2 mod chip in Google. You need some Blank DVD-R at least 5GB large.
NBA 2K9 (I tested mods with NBA Live 09. There might be compatibility problems because these mods are for the pc.)
These steps are for NBA Live 09 Only! I'm still trying to figuring out how to convert .iff files(PC version mods.)into ps2 files.
1. Backup your NBA live 09 on the coputer by extracting it in a folder.
2. Go to forums.nba-live.com and find "NBA Live 08 Releases and Previews" There are many mods there you can choose from.
3. If the mod file is in a .big, .viv, and .fsh, put in the folder SGSM
4. To find SGSM go to where you have your cd backup. Then just put those kind of files in the sgsm folder. it shouldn't overwrite anything
5. Burn the backup with the mods in the SGSM folder onto a DVD-R(the mod chip should be installed first)
6. Play! The mod i used was to convert the old boring EA Sports logos and scoreboard to ESPN themed. It actually looks like your watching TV!
